The advice here is led by Clem, a flooring specialist with 30+ years in vinyl flooring. He was working with vinyl plank when it first arrived in Australia, and through every change in the product since.
That matters because a lot of the trade repeats a pitch it does not really understand. Clem knows where vinyl wins, where it does not, and when another floor is the better call for your rooms.

- Samples Before SalesWe would rather you order a $15 sample than a pallet of the wrong colour. Samples are 1 for $15, 2 for $20, 3 for $25, redeemable on your order, so checking the floor in your own light costs you nothing if you go ahead.
- Four Ranges We Actually KnowWe carry four vinyl ranges rather than hundreds, all picked for Brisbane conditions. Ask about a wear layer, a thickness or how a colour behaves in north-facing light and you get an answer, not a brochure.
