Worth having ready before you call
You do not need any of this to ring us, but the conversation moves faster if you have rough room sizes in square metres, an idea of what your subfloor is (concrete slab, timber, tiles), and a photo or two of the space on your phone. If you have a colour direction, even a vague one, say so: it narrows four ranges down to a couple of samples very quickly.
