How your order ships
Orders placed on this site are fulfilled by The Online Flooring Store from the Queensland warehouse at 7/13-17 Enterprise St, Cleveland QLD 4163. Brisbane metro is the bread and butter, but orders ship Australia wide, so a regional or interstate address is no problem.
Full flooring orders are heavy, so they travel on pallets with a freight carrier. Samples are light and travel as a small parcel through the post, which keeps the cost of trying before you buy sensible.
We do not publish delivery day counts, because we will not promise numbers a freight carrier controls. Your delivery timeframe and freight cost are confirmed when you place your order, based on stock and your address. If timing is tight for an installer booking, tell us and we will be straight with you about whether it works.
Kerbside delivery, a pallet is heavy so plan for it
Pallet freight is typically delivered kerbside, confirmed with your quote. That means the driver gets the pallet to the kerb or driveway, not into your living room. A box of vinyl planks is heavy and a full order is many boxes, so arrange a second pair of hands to move them inside.
Once inside, store the boxes flat in the room where the floor will be laid. It keeps the planks straight and lets them settle to room temperature before installation.

When it arrives, three checks before anyone lays a plank
Five minutes with the delivery saves days of grief later. Do these three things before your installer starts, and before you book them if you can.
Count the Boxes
Check the number of boxes against your order confirmation before the driver leaves, or as soon as practical afterwards.
Check the Batch Numbers
Vinyl flooring is produced in batches and colour can vary slightly between them. Confirm all boxes carry the same batch number before anything is laid.
Report Damage Before Installation
Inspect planks for transit damage and report any problem before installation begins. Once a damaged plank is glued down, it is a much harder conversation.

Samples ship as a small parcel and cost 1 for $15, 2 for $20, 3 for $25, redeemable on your order. Get the colour right first, then order the floor.
